TermsThe following is provided for legal purposes and is a place holder for information about liabilities, refunds, disclaimers, and all the other stuff that protects me and my business from mean people who like courtrooms. If you have a legal issue with me, my business, or my business practices please bring it to my attention quickly promptly and let's deal with it in a peaceful and friendly manner. Words Of Wisdom From the Lawyers:Lawyers insist that I include these documents. If you are anything like me, you find legal-ese difficult to understand and so I have tried to interpret them for you as best as I can on this page. What appear below are the actual legal agreements and waivers you need to accept to use this site. Please note, in general, we will remind you about whatever is important in these docs when applicable. These documents are placed here for people who like courts. I don't:
Contents:Disclaimers:Our website offer training and services for the purpose of advertising & marketing. These activities usually relate to businesses and business owners who want to promote their websites, products, and services. Since most businesses measure the success or failure of a technique by how much it "costs" and "how much it makes" (revenue). Unfortunately, irresponsible use of these numbers can create unrealistic expectations from potential customers and customers and can lead to trouble for us. So bearing this in mind, please read the following terms we thought may not be obvious to every visitor of our website. The goal of this page is to clarify for you what expectations we can and cannot be responsible for. Are Our Numbers, Stats, and Dollar Claims Real?Yes. All the numbers we share with you in training and promotional content is real. I have a reputation for being upfront and honest, I'm not about to jeopardize this by lying. Having said this, numbers can create unrealistic expectation in SOME of our subscribers. So please note the following: a) some but not all results in our business are shared, this leads to omission, most of the time. Most experiments are not interesting when they don't succeed, so we don't talk much about the techniques that don't work or our failed attempts unless they are relevant to a lesson. On the other hand, we talk very candidly about successful results. While these results are documented and can be proven in most cases, they are not necessarily going to give YOU the same result. You should expect to spend some time and money testing any recommendation, before adopting any strategy for you own business. Although we highlight certain factors in our successes, there may also be other factors that we don't don't highlight. Sometimes, the effect from other parts we don't talk about are more apparent than what we highlight. So we cannot take responsibility if you lose money attempting any experiment we tell you that we had a good result with. Therefore, we suggest you exercise caution. Particularly if you take a recommendation from us that you can foresee may negatively affect your business. At the end of the day you know your business far better than we do and our strategies and tips are general and generic ones. b) we are not lawyers, accountants, or licensed business consultants. All advice and recommendation given here is based on actual experience gained in the field. In fact, i am an acupuncturist by profession and probably should not be trusted for business advice. That being said, what I do has brought me results and I have glowing recommendations from my peers in the industry. Be warned. Any training, promotional material, or content on this website should be taken at face value and if you expect that it comes from a "licensed professional" then you are mistaken. I'm not a licensed business consultant and none of my advice should be taken in isolation of proper legal and business council. c) just because we recommend something doesn't mean you NEED it. Marketing of products and services can be very persuasive (ours or somebody else's), and as persuasive as it may seem, chances are you do not necessarily need a promoted product or service to succeed in advertising your business on the internet. You should exercise your choice to reject or accept any offer. And in most cases, despite limited-time specials and limited-seat specials, nothing is ever "once in a life time". Similar and sometimes even the same offers will come up again and again. If money is a concern, you'd be better of refraining from purchasing a product or service in the hope it will dig you out of debt...putting food on the table for you and your family should take priority. d) we are not responsible for 3rd party products & services we recommend. We often advise you use the products and services of others. In order to give our subscribers and customers a positive experience we strive to check that the quality of anything we recommend is of the highest standard. We have either been a satisfied customer of a product or service...or we're repaying a favor to a friend whose work we trust. However, this does not mean we are responsible should you be unhappy with the product or service they offer. When we recommend products of others we send you to their website, once you are outside of our website our terms and conditions are no longer applicable, please read the terms and conditions of the relevant website. In most cases the service and products we recommend have easy to follow cancellation and refund policies. On any occasion that you are not completely satisfied with a product that we have recommended we advise you to take it up with the vendor. Please note that when we promote actively or passively the products of others, we usually also try to collect a referral commission. The exact dollar amount we get varies from product to product but our share typically reaches on average 50% on digital products. Even though I may get compensated for recommending a product, if I recommend something it is of a quality that it stands on its on merits, that is I would recommend it even if I was not get commission for doing so. I simply choose to be compensated for my experience in sourcing what I feel to be the best tools, products and service for a particular task. Some products I recommend, I have never bought nor tried. This happens when a new product comes out meaning that it is sometimes impossible to have tried it first. Having said that, in these cases, I will usually only recommend products from a source that I have a working relationship with or have insight through using and recommending products from a particular vendor in the past. Although this is not fool proof, the past often predicts the future. With that in mind, I suggest you decide for yourself on an individual basis if each product or service i suggest is right for you. e) we are not responsible for any criminal misuse of our information. The information here is provided for educational purposes and must not be used in conjunction with any illegal, border-line illegal, or criminal activities. In addition, i do not give permission for this content to be used to promote gambling, pornography, and debt services from an ethical and moral standpoint. f) we can not guarantee that you will ever be successful in marketing your products or business online. It is NOT possible for us to know whether you will do well marketing your business online, there are too many variables: Some products and services do not sell well on the internet. Some products require more than just selling through the internet such as; telephone selling and direct mail pieces. Some products and services are illegal and do not do well ANYWHERE and you may not use my recommendations to promote them or to break the law. I will not be held responsible for any misuse of the information. Some people don't sell well using video. Some people are not suited to be photographed. Some people are not suited to sell in audio. Some people should not write. Some people cannot do or learn anything technical on their own. Some people have zero imagination and want to copy everyone else's path to success. Some people just want to "get rich quick". All of the above points are factors in why people won't succeed on the internet, even with our strategies. This advice is to be used in conjunction with good business to IMPROVE your results. Beginners may find some of the information handy, but it is by no means presented as a comprehensive training on all matters related to marketing and advertising on the internet. AffiliationsWe are not affiliated nor do we intend to represent ourselves as connected in any way or to have any insider information from: Google and the Adwords program, Yahoo and the Sponsored Search program, Bing and their sponsored search program, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube. I am affiliate with the company SendOutCards and Global Resorts Network, these are both legitimate and highly reputable companies operating internationally. While we do advertise on related terms, some of which are brands and companies we go out of our way to ensure that we do not confuse visitors into thinking that we represent the brands of others. If you have issue with our use of your brand in advertising or content. Or if you believe we're making a misrepresented affiliation, please contact us and let us know so we can resolve this immediately! Trademarks & CopyrightsWe do NOT intend to infringe on the trademarks or copyrights of others. If you believe we have infringed on any of your rights, please contact us immediately to resolve this. TestimonialsAny testimonials we share are true stories with real results and from real satisfied customers of ours. Although testimonials make for interesting reading we suggest that you do not make a buying decsion bases solely on a testimonial from our satisfied customers, friends, or associates. Because they can create unrealistic results. Here's why: a) testimonials do not represent the NORM. Testimonials usually represent the maximum potential of a product of service. Naturally we find testimonials about our products and services exciting and want to share them with you, some people will see these testimonials and believe that they too can achieve the same result and that is why we have added this section. Testimonials, as a rule, represent the maximum possible potential. Although it may seem hard to believe, the reality is that statistically around 80% of people who buy products from this site will never read or use them. This means that there is only 20% of people that actually TRY to use them. Of that 20% of people, 16% will use or interpret the product or service inaccurately and fail to follow instructions all the way to the end. This leaves only 4% of people that actually succeed and typically it is from these people that testimonials are taken. b) this website and its partners sometimes solicit testimonials. Although many testimonials come from elated customer without ever asking, we also re-visit customers and ask for their feedback When promoting products we naturally select the best and most positive feedback. Although I do receive countless testimonials in the form of social network private messages, public messages, blog comments, and emails, assume that this is not the normal way i get testimonials. As a rule, assume all testimonials have been asked for. c) external testimonials about our products are not necessarily true. At times people from outsite of our website will create testimonials about our training and products. We can not be help responsible for external testimonials created by a 3rd party outside of our website. External testimonials are reviews or information found about our website residing on different websites from ours. All information found OUTSIDE this website has not been approved by us. We do not recommend that you order any product or service through us based on information from an outside source. We can only control the content of this website. Affiliate Products (Recommendations)We often recommend products and services to our subscribers and past customers. In most cases, we are paid a percentage on every sale of any product or service we recommend authored by someone outside this website. This is called an "affiliate commission". The exact percentage and dollar amount of an affiliate commission varies from product to product and depends on its price, nature, and delivery. Here are some typical guidelines to work from: For digital products (eg, ebook, webinar, teleseminar), the average industry standard commission is 50%. For physical products (anything sent to you by mail), affiliate commission can be much, much lower. Live training typically pays the industry standard of 25%. And services usually pay a very small percentage of each sale, but we are paid it monthly and it helps us pay the bills for the website. Usually the commissioned earned through an individual sale is very small and so we never recommend dodgy products that could harm our reputation with out subscribers. a) Products & Services We Use or Have Used: Every business owner must have a 'toolbox' of products and services in order to run an internet business. Over the years I have tried many different services and my recommendations are based on what I found to be of most value in my business. Over the years I have recommended many products to my customers and they have gone on to also become loyal fans of the products that I recommended. I truly believe in everything I recommend and so much so that I would recommend them even if I were not getting compensated. In some cases I do recommend products with no compensation or advantage at all. Most of the companies I recommend are happy to pay a commission for brining them business and making them popular and so I am happy to be remunerated for my recommendations. b) NEW Products & Services In every industry there's alliances and politics. And online marketing advertising is no different. It is natural to form friendships and alliances with people in the same industry and is necessary to survive. When friends or alliances come out with a new product or training they will often ask us to spread the word for them. If we feel the service or product upholds our high standards we are happy to oblige. We call these deals, "JV" or "Joint Venture". In this case, a vendor creates a new product or service. Then asks a number of people who have a loyal customer base to offer that product or service to their customers. "JV" deals usually pay commissions like affiliate products do. But we are less likely to promote JV's. It can be hard to know if the product or service will be up to our high standards as we often are not privy to the product before it's releases. Even though JV's can be very lucrative we ten to avoid them for that reason. Please consider any promotion I make to an associate's product or service as just a recommendation to "look" not buy. And if the product or service suits you and you like it, and you're happy with the refund policy, by all means go ahead. When purchasing products or services sold through a vendor different from this website, you are no longer covered by this webpage of terms and conditions. RefundsI do not offer any products, therefore no refunds are offered at this time. If you do have an issue with a product you bought from me in the past, please contact me. CancellationsI do not offer any products, therefore no cancellations are offered at this time. If you do have an issue with a membership you have from me or one of my business in the past, please contact me. Unhappy CustomersThe old saying you can't please all people all of the time is true but we do try our absolute best to keep all of our customers and subscribers happy. If we have done something that has made you unhappy please accept out sincere apologies. Every single customer is as important as each other, if you are unhappy for some reason please allow us to win you back, if you are upset, don't hold it in (it's not good for you anyway), contact me here and let's talk about it person to person.
