Find Your Passion And Then Choose Your MLM?

By Steve Anderson On October 25, 2009 Under Featured Post, Steve's Corner

I came into Network Marketing through the business opportunity and so in the beginning it was really tough to find an angle to market my business (business opportunities have very high competition).

I’ve noticed that when it comes to choosing a topic to blog or create a website around, people often struggle.

Ken Evoy from SBI has been saying all along to build a site around something you are knowledgeable and passionate about. Gary Vaynerchuck has been saying the same thing and he also is very clear about the fact if money comes first and passion comes second, you could be in for a long, hard road.

If you’re already in a network marketing business and you are limiting your marketing research to what you think is going to help you market your mlm product or opportunity, you could be missing your chance to talk about something that really gets you fired up…and will ultimately lead to your success.

After reading Gary Vaynerchuck’s book; Crush It,  I’ve really started to re-think my approach.

How about you, what really gets you excited…like really excited? And does that fit with your current mlm opportunity?

    Hey Steve,

Thanks for sharing your ideas about passion and marketing. I hope you decide to share your knowledge, expertise and experience about brain and memory! Learning over 2000 Japanese characters in such a short span of time is quite a testament to you and the system you learned.

    Peace,
    Lisa

    Hi Stephen,

Phenomenal information and you've hit on a topic I'm really hot on. The whole field of brain science and expanding our cognitive capabilities. Love your story about learning all the Japanese characters and becoming proficient at the Japanese language. Wow! Just goes to show the potential of the human mind when you “set your mind to do it.”

Passion surely is the fuel to make it happen. Instead of a painful head banging exercise it becomes a joy driven opportunity to share your interests and desires with others who have the same passion.

And right there with you about finding ways to show you care for others.

Hope you had a great time on your recent vacation.

    Lots of love to you.

    Ann

Multi-level marketing requires dedication and perseverance, and if you know your product and service and really believe in what it offers, you will have a head start. Keep in mind that this is a great place to exercise your creativity… whether in marketing, using your social skills, or in simply helping people and making some money doing it.
