As an affiliate of The Renegade Network Marketer System, you have the choice to use the Renegade System’s landing page for The 7 Great Lies Of Network Marketing or you can create your own landing page and have prospects opt directly into your own mailing list. I much prefer to have people opt-in to my own mailing list so that I can control what messages are sent out to them.
The Renegade System does a really good job of following up with 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing leads with a series of emails that has a very specific ‘call to action’ which is to get people to click through to the Renegade Network Marketer Sales page. If you are wanting to get that email series for your own campaign, all as you need to do is opt-in to your own 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing page (found in the Quick Start section of the Renegade System), and opt-in to your own page. This way you will get the entire sequence and will also know when ever a new one has been added.
This alone is a great way to build your list and convert sales but there is one other strategy that I like to utilize to convert my 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing leads into sales and that is the FREE membership over at The Renegade University.
Heading Back To School
When someone opts-in to your mailing list, you are going to want to give them every opportunity to make an informed decision about purchasing The Renegade Network Marketer. The emails that we are sending people for the most part will direct people to The Renegade Network Marketer sales page as mention before but taking advantage of the Free membership area of the Renegade University to help tip the fence sitters your way is a very good technique.
What is The Renegade University All About?
The Renegade University is a membership site that has a lot of information on social marketing and how to use the Internet to attract business. It is independent of The Renegade System but it was modelled on and for The Renegade Network Marketer.

2. The Professional Upgrade
It is the free membership that I suggest you to take advantage of. You may never feel the need to upgrade to the Professional level but the free membership is going to help you convert your 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing Leads into Renegade sales.

The Missing Link
There seems to be a few missing links for people that have purchased Ann Sieg’s Renegade Network Marketer. It is not the ebook where there are gaps, on the contrary, it is so densely packed with valuable sales and marketing information that the light of day couldn’t be seen through the cracks.
Perhaps the biggest gap for people, is knowing how to put all of the great information into action to get results in their mlm business. It is really up to each individual affiliate to learn the methods of how to promote The Renegade Network Marketer. This is the case with any affiliate program on the Internet.
In fact, within the back end of the Renegade System, there is a huge amount of very helpful information on how to use the Internet to promote the Renegade Network Marketer ebook.
I am an affiliate with over 50 different programs and I can honestly say that The Renegade Network Marketer System has more information on ‘how to promote’, than any other program that I am affiliated with.
In the back end there is also a wide selection of promotional materials such as; banners, book graphics, Ad copy, and a whole lot more.
So why is it so hard?
Perhaps for many network marketers, this is their first attempt at Internet marketing. They may have used their computer for corresponding with people via email and surfing the web, but all of this other Internet marketing stuff…Double Dutch. It is all “Greek unless you are a Geek”.
The frustration and confusion that people often feel is completely understandable. Entering Internet marketing for the first time is like being strapped onto the space shuttle and launched into outer space.
There are all these terms to cope with that are most likely not even close to our vocabulary; domain names, redirects, webhosting, html code, ccs script, affiliate links, banner ads, ezines, PPC, adwords, adsense (incensed), blogs, web 2.0, facebook, squidoo, social marketing, squeeze pages, landing pages, opt-in forms, autoresponders, teleconferences, webinars, forums, yahoo answers, tracking codes, commission junction, paydot.com, tracking cookies, and on and on! 
“Hold the space shuttle, let me off ’cause my head is spinning”.
What makes it worse, is that the more money you spend, the dizzier you get. Some people are probably thinking;
“I purchased The Renegade Network Marketer to solve a problem and now, I am up to my eyeballs in html code and I can’t see the forest from outer space.”
If that is you, don’t despair, let the shuttle come back down to earth and swap it for something a little cruiser. One thing is for sure;
“The Internet is not going anywhere, so why rush?”
I remember my first anatomy class when I enrolled into an oriental medicine course…same feeling, completely and utterly overwhelming!
It is like learning a whole new language. Internet marketing is not much different in my experience. The only difference is that there is someone ready to take your money at every click!
Taking it Slow and Easy
Sometimes when something is new on the market there is an urgency to capitalize on the momentum that is built up around a launch. This is certainly one phase of promoting something and does have merit, however, that period is over for The Renegade Network Marketer and so you can take a deep breath, relax, and go about building a promotional system in a nice orderly fashion.
The Renegade University is a membership site that specializes in taking Renegade Network Marketers through Internet marketing methods, in an easy to follow, step by step fashion.

Looking for training wheels?

I have been creating training materials to help Renegade Network Marketers make the most out of Ann Sieg’s Renegade System for some time now. Naturally I keep a close eye on what else is going on out there. I have been watching the development of The Renegade University for some time now.
At first, I viewed this training program as competition to what I was doing in relation to training materials. When the Renegade University was launched in late December, I joined so I could see what was in there. I had a bit of a look around but didn’t pay too much attention.
When I got back from my one month long holiday, I had a mountain of work to get through and so I didn’t go over to The Renegade University, I was just too busy.
When the Professional version was released I felt compelled to go over and check it out. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the training provided actually complimented what I had done beautifully.
I soon joined up and started working on a bonus that I could offer people that would be working with me at the University.
There are two levels to the Renegade University;
- The Renegade University Free Membership - this is an area where people can get good training on setting up their Renegade marketing system and get into some basic marketing.
- The Renegade University Professional - this is the paid area of the site and has a large range of training videos on offer. The training is such that beginners will be able to benefit from it and there is also plenty of information for the intermediate to advanced marketers.
For people working with me in The Renegade University there will be an extra level, The Accelerated Marketing Class. I have restricted it to 25 people per term. This will be an intensive course where there will be a lot of additional training and marketing resources on offer.
For the people that are working with me at The Renegade University on the Professional level but are not in the Accelerated Marketing Class, there will still be a lot on offer.
My marketing system and materials will still be available and I will be doing additional training calls, but not to the same level of personalization that I will offer to people attending the accelerated course.
The Renegade Professionals will also have to do all of their own installations and customizations of my marketing system where as I will be doing this for the accelerated class to allow them to get into action much quicker.
